Shipping Information

Easy shipping with fast delivery by courier. All parcels are tracked for your security and you may need to sign for the delivery when the courier arrives so please ensure someone will be at your delivery address to receive your parcel, see WARNING below. We normally dispatch orders within two business days of receipt. We'll email you the tracking number when your order is dispatched so you'll know when to expect delivery. Most small parcels travel overnight and are delivered the next business day to main urban areas. Large parcels generally take two business days for delivery. Please note that rural deliveries and parcels containing Dangerous Goods usually take a few days longer. We comply with NZ law when shipping all items.

NZ Nationwide Small Pack:
Up to about 1kg: $6.

NZ North Island - Waikato, Auckland, Bay of Plenty:
Up to 5kg: $11.50
Over 5kg: As above for first 5kg plus $10 per additional 5kg or part thereof.

NZ North Island - Other than above:
Up to 5kg: $16.50
Over 5kg: As above for first 5kg plus $15 per additional 5kg or part thereof.

NZ South Island Premium (Quickest):
Up to 5kg: $30.
Over 5kg: As above for first 5kg plus $30 per additional 5kg or part thereof.

NZ South Island - Economy 3 - 5 Days:
Up to 5kg: $19.
Over 5kg: As above for first 5kg plus $10 per additional 5kg or part thereof.

WARNING: Courier Re-delivery Charges May Apply
When a delivery is unable to be completed the courier will leave a Card to Call and it is then YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact the courier company to arrange for a re-delivery.  YOU may be charged a RE-DELIVERY FEE by the couriers for this service and will need a Credit or Debit Card to make the payment.  If you do not wish to pay the re-delivery fee you will have to collect your parcel from the couriers depot. You can avoid re-delivery fees by ensuring someone will be present at the delivery address when the courier arrives. If your residential address is usually unoccupied during the day because you are at work, consider having your parcels delivered to your work address or a friend's address instead.  Make sure you enter the correct address when you place your order, you cannot redirect a parcel to a different address later.

Deliveries to Unattended Addresses
If you choose to have parcels delivered to an unattended address you do so entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of, or damage to, your parcel that may result after the courier has completed delivery. For security reasons we recommend that you have your parcels delivered to an address where someone is available to receive the delivery.

Orders Processing Priority
To be fair to all our customers, we process and ship all orders on a first in first out basis.

Delivery Time-frame
We make every effort to dispatch orders within two business days of receiving payment.  Once orders are dispatched, the couriers use their best efforts to deliver small parcels the next business day to addresses within the main urban areas.  Delivery of parcels weighing over 15kg and parcels sent using the Economy rate take longer because these are not next business day services.  If your address is not within the main urban areas, it is classified as rural and delivery may take a few days longer than urban areas.  If your order contains dangerous goods, it is subject to mandatory special handling requirements by the courier, so it may take an additional one or two days longer for your order to be delivered.  We have no control over these courier time-frames, it's the same for everyone and we cannot "make it happen" any faster.

All delivery time-frames are targets only, we cannot and do not guarantee that delivery will be made on or before any particular date or time. It is your responsibility to order early enough to allow adequate time for delivery before you need the goods.

Weekends and Public Holidays
There is no shipping or delivery of orders on weekends and public holidays.

Unexpected Delays
Sometimes bad weather, some other natural event, or a vehicle/ship/aircraft breakdown, causes delays to road traffic, aircraft movements and/or Cook Straight crossings.  This can affect shipments of stock we are waiting to receive as well as deliveries of orders we have dispatched, resulting in a delay in the delivery of orders.  The length of any such delay is determined by the duration of the event or breakdown plus the amount of time required to clear the backlog of freight that builds up during the event or breakdown.  We do not accept any liability for delays caused by any such events that are beyond our control.
